Yummy street food in Pattaya

When there is an option to write on food all give importance to restaurants and ethnic foods. But one important aspect is often left untouched and that is street food. People often get attracted to it as they are fresh and also carry great taste. These mouthwatering dishes are very colourful. Street food in Pattaya is no exception as it includes a wide variety. You can have noodles where you will have the variety of Pad Thai, flat noodles with beef, chicken or veg but topped with light gravy, pork, Red Naa, etc. Some of the important dishes include Tom Yum Kung, various types of satay, Khao Pad and also different curries.
Thai families often spend their nighttime having dinner at roadside dining carts. Lots of street vendors as well as seafood stalls are available there. Street food is usually cheap and good and because of these reasons tourists often choose to dine in roadside carts rather than sitting in a costly restaurant.
As in these stalls the food are usually prepared then cooked and then reheated there is no chance for the growth of bacteria. There is a common feature in all the stalls as sausages, fish balls, satay, eggs, chicken livers, squid, etc. are stuck in a stick.
Som Tam is widely available in Pattaya street food carts but this delicious salad is not a true Thai dish. It is advisable don’t forget to have Som Tam while visiting Pattaya. The salad is made of green papaya and that is why it is often called as Papaya Pok Pok. Girls often like it as this is a low calorie food. The nutritional value is also high. Green papaya mixes with red chili peppers, spice, fish sauce, etc. the palm sugar or honey is often added to the flavour. The taste is awesome.
Bugs and cockroaches are very delicious for Thais. Many carts are available who serve these two dishes. Deep fried cockroaches, giant water bugs, wasps, beetles, mealworms, scorpions often served in the most palatable way. Water is sure to drip from your mouth.
